"Chef Benji catered my 50 guest outdoor wedding and everything was fantastic! Our guests loved the all food and pies! The menu was 100% custom and the collaborative creative process was great! If you want to stay away from “catering companies” but don’t want to be limited by a specific restaurant menu, Benji is your guy! He’s awesome to work with and your guests will love every bite!"
"Chef Benji came to our AirBnB last night to provide us a treasured pleasure of a meal. This wonderful experience began a few weeks ago when he worked with us to plan a Sonoran meal. Boy did he deliver! Our apps included elote with spices, corn nuts and Cotija cheese, pico de gallo, and watermelon with Chamoy and Tajin. Then came the salads—Chipotle Caesar and Caballero caviar. Our main dishes were Pork Carnitas and Carne Asada. Desert was Mexican Chocolate S’mores, Sopapillas and Strawberry Raspados. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!"
